Description / Scope of Work
Water and Sanitation Agency Lahore (WASA), Punjab Water and Sanitation Authority invites bids from registered suppliers and contractors for the provision of Stream Digital Standees intended for awareness and monitoring purposes at WASA Head Office in Lahore, Punjab. The estimated project cost is Rs. 3,138,000.00 and the procurement will be executed through the electronic Punjab Procurement Authority (PPRA) system. This single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure requires all bids to be submitted digitally on the e-PADS platform with detailed technical specifications and financial proposals as outlined in the complete bidding documents.
Bidders must be registered on e-PADS as per PPRA Regulations 2024 and possess a valid PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council) license in category C-6 or above with specialization code EE11 (Electrical Engineering). Bidders must maintain active NTN and PNTN filer status with the Pakistan Revenue Authority. The bid security is required in the amount of 3% of estimated cost, equivalent to Rs. 94,140, in the form of a CDR, Bank Guarantee, PO, Demand Draft, or Banker's Cheque (excluding insurance bonds) favoring XEN-II(Maintenance) WASA Lahore. Soft copy of bid security must be uploaded on e-PADS while the original hard copy must be submitted physically before the e-bid submission deadline. All bidders must provide valid NTN certificates and PRA certificates along with their bids.
Bids must be prepared in English language and submitted on e-PADS on or before 06-06-2026 at 10:30 AM, with opening scheduled for 11:00 AM the same day. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bidding documents containing detailed requirements, terms, conditions, and the bid schedule are available for registered bidders on https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and the PPRA website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Hard copies of bid security must be submitted to the office of XEN-II(Maintenance) at Opposite 23, Main Gulberg, OHR No. 1, Lahore. The procurement shall be conducted under PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Bids are valid for 120 days from submission date.
