Description / Scope of Work
The Export Development Fund (EDF), operating under the management of its Board appointed by the Federal Government as per the Export Development Fund Act 1999, invites proposals from qualified advertising agencies for the hiring and engagement of an advertising agency to develop and execute a high-quality international advertising campaign. The campaign is aimed at promoting Pakistan's image globally, enhancing the nation's reputation on the international stage, and supporting export development objectives through impactful visual storytelling. This tender is issued from Islamabad, Federal Province, with submissions required through the online PPRA-EPAOS portal. The scope involves comprehensive campaign development, creative execution, and strategic promotion of Pakistan's export capabilities and national brand positioning.
Interested advertising agencies must prepare bids in full accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the tender documents, including a complete profile demonstrating their experience, credentials, and capacity to execute international-level campaigns. Bidders must submit applications exclusively through the PPRA-EPAOS online portal on or before 8 June 2026 at 11:00 a.m. All applications received through the online system will be entertained, and bid security as per PPRA rules shall apply. Agencies must possess relevant licenses and prior experience in international advertising campaigns.
The technical proposal will be opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m. in the presence of interested bidders or their authorized representatives. Bids received after the closing deadline will not be considered. The EDF reserves the right to reject or accept any proposal as per PPRA Rules and general terms and conditions applicable to the RFP.
