This comprehensive auction encompasses multiple categories of commercial and agricultural infrastructure with various sizes and lease periods of 05 to 65 years, offering bidders diverse opportunities to establish or expand their business operations in Karachi. The tender reference is No.673-W/Open Auction/Parking-FM/2025 with a publication date of 16-05-2026 and closing date of 09-06-2026.
Bid participation requires submission of a non-refundable bid form fee ranging from Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 10,000 depending on the category and location of the property. Bid security money must be deposited as specified for each property type, with security amounts ranging from Rs. 100,000 to Rs. 500,000 for each unit or shop. Bidders are required to meet eligibility criteria and possess necessary business licenses and registrations as applicable to their intended commercial activity.
Bid documents can be obtained from the Waiting Area at KR Railway Station Karachi on 08-06-2026 between 10:00 hours and 16:00 hours. Bids will be opened at the same venue on 09-06-2026 from 10:00 hours to 16:00 hours. The auction covers godowns and warehouses at multiple railway stations, new shops at Landhi, Samnabad, Jungshahi and Dabhegi stations, already constructed shops and godowns at various locations including Police Line Rest House Hyderabad, Zial Pak Hyderabad, and Tamdgam Railway Station.
