Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Building Department invites sealed e-tenders from registered Engineering Firms and Contractors for the revamping and upgradation of leftover secondary healthcare facilities in Mianwali District, Punjab. The project encompasses comprehensive renovation work at Tehsil Head Quarter Hospital, Kalabagh, and other health facilities in Mianwali. The estimated project cost is PKR 53.005 million with an earnest money deposit of PKR 2.651 million required. This tender is issued under the PPRA E-Tendering System in compliance with relevant PPRA Rules and aims to improve healthcare infrastructure across multiple locations in the district.
Eligibility for participation requires contractors and firms to possess valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and codes. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab PPRA website at www.punjab.eproc.gov.pk. A scanned copy of the Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) representing 5% of the estimated cost must be uploaded as per PPRA Rules, issued by a scheduled bank in the name of the Executive Engineer Buildings Division Mianwali. False information, fake CDR documentation, or incomplete submissions will result in disqualification and forwarding of cases to PEC and PPRA for strict legal action. Upon contract award, successful bidders must furnish a 10% Performance Guarantee in CDR or bank guarantee form within 15 days.
Bid documents are obtainable from the PPRA website http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx with response time calculated from the publication date on the website. Tender submission must be completed through the E-pads system without incomplete rate analysis or blank entries. The tender opening will be held on 10.06.2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Commissioner Sargodha Division, Sargodha, where bids will be retrieved and quoted rates announced in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee.
