Description / Scope of Work
The District & Sessions Judge, Lodhran, invites e-bids for the installation of a 04-kilowatt hybrid solar system comprising 25 units across courts and allied offices at the District Headquarters in Lodhran and sub-divisions in Kehror Pacca and Dunyapur in Punjab. The project scope includes solar panels, hybrid inverters, lithium iron phosphate batteries, installation infrastructure with L2/L3 structure and cemented concrete foundation pads, complete wiring, AC/DC cables, breakers, SPDs, and all accessories necessary for a comprehensive solar electrification solution. The total estimated cost is PKR 23,750,000 including all taxes and procurement charges. Each 04-KW system unit is designated to power one court room, chamber, and associated rooms with intelligent battery management and five-year warranty.
Eligible bidders must be well-reputed and financially sound firms registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities, PRA (Pakistan Engineering Council), and SECP or equivalent regulatory bodies. Bidders shall possess professional tax registration, active sales tax registration, and non-judicial stamp paper certifying no litigation history in the preceding ten years. Bid security of 5% of the total estimated cost must be submitted in the form of a CDR from any scheduled bank in favour of the District & Sessions Judge, Lodhran. All bidders must submit an affidavit declaring neither the firm nor its directors, stakeholders, or employees have been blacklisted by any government office.
Bidding documents are available free of cost from the PPRA website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, the District Court Lodhran website, and the E-PADS portal at http://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Interested eligible bidders must download and submit e-bid proposals electronically on E-PADS before the closing date of 10 June 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the office of the District & Sessions Judge, Lodhran in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
