Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Hafizabad invites electronic bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors and suppliers for the off-grid hybrid solarization of courts and allied offices at the headquarters in Hafizabad and the sub-division office in Pindi Bhattian, Punjab. This tender, referenced as 06/2025-2026, is issued under the Single Stage Two Envelopes procurement procedure and seeks to implement a renewable energy solution for judicial facilities in the district. The project encompasses the design, supply, installation and commissioning of a hybrid solar system with battery storage to provide reliable power to court buildings and related government offices operating under the District Judiciary Punjab.
Bidders must be original manufacturers or authorized distributors with proven experience in off-grid hybrid solar systems. All eligible suppliers should possess relevant technical certifications and comply with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 as amended. Standard bid security and performance guarantees as per procurement regulations are mandatory. Bidders must demonstrate financial capacity and technical capability to execute and maintain the hybrid solar installation.
