Municipal Committee Kot Momin invites sealed bids from registered contractors and firms for laying of tuff tile on three approved schemes in Kot Momin, Punjab for the financial year 2025-26. The tender encompasses three projects with a combined estimated cost of approximately 14.988 million rupees: laying of tuff tile from Mighi Chowk to Midh More Salam Road, from Midh Chowk to National Bank, and from National Bank to the Old Municipal Committee office at Chanab Bazar. The scope includes material supply, labor, and quality control testing conducted at the contractor's own expense. All bidders must possess valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license of the relevant category valid up to 30 June 2026 and must be registered active taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue or Provincial taxation authorities.
Eligibility requirements mandate that all participating contractors submit bids with earnest money of 5% of the estimated cost in the form of a CDR from any schedule bank in Punjab, payable to the Chief Officer of Municipal Committee Kot Momin. The CDR must be submitted to the tender opening committee two hours before bid opening; failure to submit the original CDR within the stipulated timeframe will result in disqualification. Bidding must be done through the EPADS (PPRA) online portal with rate quotations provided item-wise in numerical and word formats. Incomplete, unsigned, or unfilled bids will not be accepted. If the lowest quoted rates exceed 5% of the estimated cost, the lowest bidder must additionally deposit performance security within 15 days of receiving the notice of acceptance.
Bid documents are available for download from the Engineering Branch Municipal Committee Kot Momin via EPADS from the tender publication date until 10 June 2026 at 01:00 PM. All bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS by the same closing time. Bid opening will occur on 10 June 2026 at 02:00 PM at the Municipal Committee Kot Momin office in the presence of available contractors or their authorized representatives. The successful contractor must execute an agreement on government stamp paper within 15 days of acceptance and complete each project within the timeframe specified in the work order. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any time prior to acceptance under PPRA Rules 2014.
