Description / Scope of Work
The Buildings Division Kasur invites sealed bids for revamping and up-gradation of leftover secondary healthcare facilities (sub-scheme) at THQ Hospital Kot Radha Kishan in Kasur District, Punjab for the financial year 2025-26. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 49,790,039 with a contract duration of 12 months. This is a percentage or item rate tender based on approved DNIT and BOQ rates, to be procured through EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) in compliance with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority guidelines.
Eligible contractors and firms must be currently registered with PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council) for the relevant financial year with the required specialization code. The contractor must produce an original PEC License bearing the requisite specialization code at the time of tender opening, and those lacking proper specialization will be rejected. Bidders are required to submit earnest money in the form of CDR or Bank draft/Cashier's cheque of 5% of the bid amount, along with all tender documents on EPADS as per the specified date and time limits.
Tender documents are available on the EPADS portal (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website (https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk). The last date for submission of bids on EPADS and physical submission of CDR is 11-06-2026 by 01:00 PM, with opening of bids at 01:30 PM the same day at the Commissioner Lahore Division office. All tender pages must be signed and stamped, with readable documents only; incomplete or unreadable bids will be rejected. Performance guarantee will be obtained from the lowest bidder in accordance with PPRA rules.
