Description / Scope of Work
The District & Session Judge Sahiwal invites item rate tenders for the installation of hybrid solarization off-grid systems at two locations in Punjab. The first project involves implementation of a hybrid solar system for courts and allied offices at District Head Quarter Sahiwal with an estimated cost of Rs. 26,599,755, while the second project covers the same scope for courts and allied offices at Sub Division Chichawatni with an estimated cost of Rs. 7,599,900. Both projects must be completed by 10 August 2026. These works aim to provide sustainable renewable energy solutions for judicial infrastructure in the Sahiwal district. Bidders must be contractors or firms that are currently enlisted or renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the relevant category in the current financial year. Prospective bidders are required to submit earnest money in the form of a CDR (Crossed Demand Receipt) from any scheduled bank at five percent of the estimated cost to the office of the District & Session Judge Sahiwal before the bid submission deadline. Conditional tenders and tenders without earnest money security will be rejected outright. Complete e-bids must be submitted online through the e-Procurement PADS (EPADS) system portal at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. The bidding documents are available immediately after publication. Original bid security instruments must be submitted in a clearly marked envelope before the e-bid submission deadline at the Office of District & Session Judge Sahiwal. E-bid submission closes on 09 June 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM.
