Description / Scope of Work
Municipal Corporation Faisalabad invites pre-qualification applications from contractors for the construction of commercial and parking plazas at multiple locations in Faisalabad, Punjab. The project comprises four separate works: construction of a commercial/parking plaza at Amin Pur Bazar Faisalabad with an approximate cost of Rs. 399.00 million (Category C-3 or above); construction of a commercial/parking plaza at Imam Bargah Road (Site-A) with an approximate cost of Rs. 250.29 million (Category C-3 or above); construction of a commercial/parking plaza at Imam Bargah Road (Site-B) with an approximate cost of Rs. 247.90 million (Category C-3 or above); and construction of a commercial/parking plaza at Karkhana Bazar Rajba side Faisalabad with an approximate cost of Rs. 399.00 million (Category C-3 or above). All works are being undertaken through E-Tendering in accordance with Pakistan Engineering Council regulations for 2025-26, requiring contractors with proven experience in executing similar projects in the public sector.
Eligible contractors must meet specific qualification criteria established under the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules 2014 and must be duly registered on the EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) platform. Only pre-qualified firms will be invited to participate in the subsequent procurement and bidding process. Interested contractors are required to register on EPADS to become eligible for participation and must submit their pre-qualification documents containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions, and supporting evidence demonstrating their respective qualifications and relevant experience. The evaluation committee reserves the right to pre-qualify or reject any or all applications based on the prescribed evaluation criteria.
Pre-qualification documents must be submitted on the EPADS platform (developed by PITB) by 04 June 2026 at 11:00 AM. Additional information regarding evaluation criteria, documentary requirements, and detailed specifications is available on the PPRA website at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk and the PPRA portal at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk for all registered bidders. Interested firms should note that manual submissions will not be accepted and only electronically submitted applications through EPADS will be considered. The response time for all communications regarding this tender shall be calculated exclusively from the date of publication on the PPRA website.
