Description / Scope of Work
The Capital Development Authority, Islamabad invites sealed bids for repair and maintenance works on multiple residential blocks and houses across various sectors in Islamabad, Punjab. This comprehensive maintenance programme encompasses repair and maintenance of houses in Sectors G-6, G-7, G-8, G-9, I-8, I-9, and various other sectors, with individual contract values ranging from approximately 652,272 to 3,424,724 Pakistani Rupees. The scope includes structural repairs, plumbing, electrical work, painting, water tank maintenance, and related civil works across different CDA model housing blocks and neighbourhoods throughout Islamabad.
Bidders must be registered with the relevant authorities and possess necessary technical qualifications and experience in similar maintenance and repair works. Bid security is required as specified for each contract in the tender document. Interested contractors should ensure they meet all eligibility criteria and hold valid licenses from appropriate regulatory bodies before submitting their bids for any of the listed maintenance projects.
Bid documents can be obtained from the Capital Development Authority office during official working hours. Sealed bids must be submitted by 29 June 2026 at 11:00 AM to the specified office. Bids will be opened on the same date at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
