Description / Scope of Work
The Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division, Chakwal, is inviting competitive bids for the construction of sewerage and drainage infrastructure with allied works in Chakwal district, Punjab. Two projects are being tendered: the first involves construction of sewerage and drainage with allied works at Latif Tehsil Kahur Kahur District Chakwal with an estimated cost of Rs. 7.010 million; the second encompasses construction of sewerage and drainage with allied works at Kahur, Sharyo, Choa Saidan Shah, Kahur Kahur City Tehsil Thalian Kahur District Chakwal valued at Rs. 15.420 million. Bids must be submitted through EPADS by 2:30 PM on June 8, 2026, with opening to take place on the same day in the office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division, Chakwal, unless any holiday is announced by government, in which case opening will occur on the next working day.
Bidders must comply strictly with PPRA Rules and all tender conditions. Bids must be itemwise and complete; incomplete or unfilled bids will not be entertained. Quoted rates should be strictly enforced. Any violation of rules or submission of fake documents, including false CDR receipts, will result in disqualification and blacklisting. All papers must be signed and stamped by firm owners. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any time prior to acceptance under PPRA Rules 2014, Chapter VI. There shall be no cutting, amendment, or conditional tender without earnest money.
Bid documents and detailed scope information are available at the Executive Engineer's office during working hours. Earnest money is required at five percent of bid cost. Firms and contractors are responsible for all applicable taxes at the time of payment release as prescribed by the Government of Punjab. Bidders may attend the office of the Executive Engineer for clarifications. In case of submission of false or forged documents, contractors and firms will face disqualification and blacklisting with further recommendation to PPRA and FIA for appropriate action.
