Description / Scope of Work
The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi (IBA) invites sealed bids from active taxpayers and manufacturers, firms, companies, distributors, and suppliers registered with relevant tax authorities for the provision, supply, and installation of interactive screens with comprehensive support services. This tender, referenced as IT/16/25-26, is issued under a single stage one envelope bidding procedure with a bid security requirement of 2 percent. The tender fee is Rs. 3,000 (non-refundable), and bidders must be active taxpayers registered with relevant tax authorities. The project scope encompasses supplying and installing interactive screens along with post-installation support at the IBA Main Campus located in Karachi University Enclave, Karachi-75270, Sindh province.
Bidders must meet the specified qualification criteria and submit bid security in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft drawn in favor of IBA Karachi. Only active taxpayers with valid NTN and SRB/GST registration are eligible to participate. The bid security amount should be calculated at 2 percent of the quoted price. Bidders are required to sign and stamp all tender documents and submit them in accordance with the outlined procedures. An integrity pact must be executed by all participating bidders as a condition of tender submission.
Tender documents can be downloaded from the IBA website at https://tenders.iba.edu.pk and the SPPRA EPADS portal at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/ starting from May 22, 2026. The tender fee challan must be generated from the IBA website and deposited at any branch of Meezan Bank Ltd. Bids must be uploaded on SPPRA EPADS with supporting documents by June 12, 2026, at 03:00 PM, with tender opening scheduled for the same date at 03:30 PM. The original bid security and signed bid documents must be physically delivered to IBA Karachi before the bid opening.
