Emergency Work Facilities at PAF Bases

The Directorate of Works and Civil Engineering (DW&CE) of Pakistan Air Force, Chaklala, invites sealed tenders for emergency works involving provision of certain facilities at multiple PAF bases. The tender includes five packages totaling approximately Rs. 192.016 million: facilities at PAF Base U (Rs. 58.063 million), two packages at PAF Base T (Rs. 49.720 million and Rs. 20.000 million), and two packages at PAF Base X (Rs. 49.895 million and Rs. 14.338 million). This procurement is undertaken in light of PPRA Rule 42-c(v) of 2004 for emergency works in Punjab. The tender notice reference is DW&CE/6000-Advt-Sgd/86/E-6 dated 20 May 2026.

Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of their valid registration certificate; contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible to apply. Bidders must be on the approved list of Military Engineer Services in categories A and B with relevant experience in similar works. Each contractor is required to submit a certificate confirming they are not involved in any litigation with government departments and that no special inspection report from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ) is outstanding against them. Applications for tender document issuance must include complete credentials, experience details covering the last two years, and departmental performance reports.

Contractors must submit sealed tenders to the office of the Accepting Officer by 1130 hours on 08 June 2026; tenders will be opened at 1200 hours on the same date. Interested parties may contact CMES (PAF) Sargodha or the authorized representative for further details between 0715 and 1335 hours on all working days. Contractors may be present during tender opening. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender as per PPRA Rules Para 33(1). An advance payment of Rs. 15,000 has been deposited in PPRA's account for advertisement purposes.
