Description / Scope of Work
The Lyari Development Authority in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed e-tenders for civil infrastructure development works under the Annual Development Programme. The project involves the procurement and installation of RCC cover slates for the main drain line serving 42 Block Hawksbay Scheme, specifically allocated for members of the Karachi Press Club. The total estimated cost of this development work is approximately 140,177,797 Rupees. To eligible for participation, interested engineering firms and contractors must possess a valid registration and active tax status with the National Revenue Authorities (NTN) and the Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), alongside relevant PEC licensing. Technical and financial proposals prepared in accordance with SPPRA guidelines must be submitted electronically through the EPADS online portal. Online submissions must be finalized no later than 11:00 AM on 19 June 2026, with the bids scheduled to be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM.
