Description / Scope of Work
The Nuclear Medicine, Oncology and Radiotherapy Institute in Jamshoro, Sindh invites sealed tenders for the procurement and supply of oncology chemotherapy medicines for the financial year 2026-2027. Funded by the Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal fund to provide free treatment to deserving cancer patients, this project requires the delivery of DRAP and preferably FDA approved chemotherapy drugs on a Free on Rail basis directly to the institutional site. Well-reputed pharmaceutical companies, authorized distributors, and direct importers with a minimum of three years of experience in supplying oncology products to major hospitals are eligible to bid. Interested participants can acquire the official bidding documents from the accounts department at AECH-NIMRA Jamshoro or via the PPRA portal. Complete technical and financial bids must be submitted manually or in accordance with the specified guidelines by 11:00 AM on 06 June 2026, and will be publicly opened on the same day at 11:30 AM.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with the relevant regulatory bodies and possess valid licenses to provide registration consultancy services. Bidders must demonstrate prior experience in handling DRAP and FDA registrations and maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Bid security in the prescribed amount must be submitted along with the tender application. Interested parties should ensure they meet all qualification requirements before submitting their bids.
Bid documents are available from AECH-NIMRA during office hours from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Monday to Friday. Sealed bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 6 June 2026 at the office address.
