Description / Scope of Work
Sindh Rural Support Organization (SRSO), a not-for-profit organization incorporated on May 29, 2003 and registered under section 42 of the Companies Act 2017, is inviting sealed bids from registered, competent, and experienced firms to provide comprehensive transportation services. The procurement covers hiring of 40-foot containers, 20-foot containers, mini trucks, and other cargo vehicles to support SRSO's operations across Sindh province. This tender is open to firms with sound technical and financial capabilities and relevant experience in the transportation sector.
Eligible bidders must be registered transportation firms with demonstrated competence and financial stability. Bids will be accepted upon submission of a demand draft or Pay Order representing 2 percent bid security of the total bidding price (refundable) and 5 percent performance security of the contract price (refundable upon successful completion). Qualified firms must submit proposals favoring Sindh Rural Support Organization. The bidding process follows a single-stage, two-envelope format with separate technical and financial proposals clearly marked to avoid confusion.

Hard-copy proposals must be submitted to the SRSO Complex, Shikarpur Road, Sukkur by June 3, 2026 at 12:00 PM. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives, followed by public opening of financial proposals from technically qualified bidders at a later announced date and venue.
