Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Wildlife and Parks Department invites sealed bids through the e-PADS system for the procurement of ration supplies for animals and birds maintained at the Wildlife Park, Head Sulemankhi, District Okara, for the financial year 2026-27. The estimated bid value is PKR 14,880 million with a bid validity of 120 days after opening. This procurement is conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (PPRA Rules) framework, on a Package/Lot Wise Basis. Eligible bidders include firms, companies, sole proprietors, and general order suppliers duly registered with PPRA and engaged in trading, with relevant registration from competent authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax authorities. The electronic bidding process follows single-stage two-envelope procedures as outlined in PPRA regulations.
Bidders must meet eligibility criteria and be registered with relevant authorities including the Income Tax Department, Sales Tax Department, and other regulatory bodies. A bid security of 5 percent of the estimated bid value in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order is mandatory. All bids must be accompanied by the required security deposit. Electronic bids must be submitted or uploaded through e-PADS before 16.06.2026 at 11:00 AM as per PPRA guidelines. Bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 11:30 AM; however, bidders intending to attend the meeting may do so at the office of the Deputy Chief Wildlife Ranger, Sahiwal Region, Sahiwal on the same date and time. Further information is available from the Deputy Chief Wildlife Ranger, Sahiwal Region, from 13.06.2026 to 15.06.2026 between 09:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
