Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center (PKLI & RC) Rawalpindi invites sealed pre-qualification documents from eligible firms for the prequalification of guest house and hotel services for official guests stay at the institute located in Rawalpindi, Punjab. The procurement is being conducted through E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal of Assets (EPADS) in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. PKLI & RC Rawalpindi is a 250-bed specialized healthcare facility serving Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Jhelum, Attock, Chakwal, Khushab, Abbottabad, Azad Kashmir, KPK and Northern Areas with focus on kidney and liver healthcare services. The prequalification process aims to identify capable service providers who can manage guest accommodations for official visitors to the institute.
Prospective applicants must carefully examine all pre-qualification documents including instructions, terms and conditions, and specifications. The application must include mandatory and marking criteria as specified in Section IV of the bidding documents. Firms must comply with all eligibility requirements and provide complete information as required; failure to do so or submission of non-responsive bids will result in rejection. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 04-06-2026 at 11:00 hours. Sealed pre-qualification documents must be submitted through EPADS before the tender closing date of 10-06-2026 at 11:00 hours. Tender opening will take place on 10-06-2026 at 11:30 hours at the institute premises in Rawalpindi. Interested firms should obtain complete bidding documents from the procurement portal and submit applications in compliance with all specified requirements and deadlines.
