The College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) invites quotations from reputable companies for the supply and installation of an 80KVA generator at CPSP Regional Centre Larkana in Sindh Province. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the operational capacity and reliability of power supply at the Larkana facility. Interested parties may obtain tender documents at a cost of PKR 2500 (non-refundable) from the CPSP Headquarters located at 7th Central Street Phase-II, D.H.A., Karachi, or from the Operation Department at the CPSP Regional Centre in New Muslim Town, Lahore, or from the CPSP Regional Centre at P.I.M.S in Sector G-8/3, Ravi Road, Islamabad. Quotations must be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes containing technical and financial proposals respectively. Both envelopes must reach the Secretary by 15th June 2026 at 10:45 AM. The tender will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders. Eligible companies must be registered and have relevant experience in the supply and installation of industrial generators. Standard bid security requirements and compliance with applicable procurement regulations apply.
Bidders should submit their proposals addressing all specifications and requirements outlined in the tender documents. The opening of bids will occur at CPSP Headquarters in Karachi on the specified date and time. CPSP reserves the right to accept or reject any bids prior to acceptance as per applicable law.
