Description / Scope of Work
Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design and Heritage Sukkur invites electronic bids under single stage two envelope procedure from well-reputed, eligible and experienced service providers for the supply, installation, configuration and commissioning of AR/VR Lab equipment in CAIT Building at Aror University Sindh. This tender is issued to support the university's initiative for artistic innovation and technology integration. The project will be processed in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 (36-b) (ix) of PPRA. Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available for download from June 1, 2026 until June 16, 2026 up to 02:30 PM on EPADS portal and the official university website.
Interested bidders must be well-qualified and experienced service providers with relevant licenses and certifications. Bidders are required to submit a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3000 and a two percent estimated bid security of the tender amount as a bank draft payable to the name of The Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design and Heritage. Both must reach the Project Coordinator office before the deadline.
Electronic bids must be submitted using EPADS on or before June 16, 2026 up to 02:30 PM, with financial proposals of technically eligible firms opened on the same day at 03:00 PM. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids subject to relevant provisions of PPRA/SPRA Rules and may cancel the bidding process at any time prior to acceptance of a bid or proposal.
