Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Layyah invites electronic bids for the purchase of 04 KW Hybrid Solarization off-grid systems comprising solar panels with accessories, solar hybrid inverters, and Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries. The tender covers supply and installation of 22 units with an estimated contract value of Rs. 20,900,000 for District Courts located in Layyah, Punjab. This procurement follows Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2022 as amended. The tender is floated as a single-stage two-envelope bidding process inviting qualified firms, contractors, companies and general order suppliers meeting eligibility criteria.
Bidders must submit a bid security of 3 percent of the estimated amount, equivalent to Rs. 627,000. Eligible bidders may download complete tender documents from the PPRA website at http://www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and the EPADS portal at https://eprocure.gov.pk. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted separately and electronically via the EPADS system. Performance guarantee, warranty provisions, and liquidated damages clauses as detailed in the tender document shall apply to the successful contractor.
Electronic bid submission closes on 11 June 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM. Delivery shall be provided within the timeframe specified in the Purchase Order.
