Description / Scope of Work

The Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Mianwali invites electronic bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, and suppliers for hybrid solarization (off-grid) systems for courts and allied offices under Tender FY 2025-2026. The procurement covers thirty courts and allied offices across the Mianwali district headquarter, Tehsil Piplan, and Tehsil Isa Khel in Punjab province. The total estimated cost is PKR 28,500,000 with a scope including hybrid solar installations for twenty courts at the district headquarter and five courts each at the two tehsil locations. This is a framework contract for energy infrastructure development to improve power supply reliability for judicial operations across multiple administrative locations.

Eligibility requirements mandate that bidders must be registered original manufacturers or authorized distributors meeting the specifications outlined in the tender documents. The earnest money deposit required is five percent of the estimated cost, totaling PKR 1,170,060.
