K-Electric Supply Company (KESCO) is inviting bids for the auction of commercial land located in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province. This procurement notice relates to the sale of identified commercial plots in various economic zones designated by the company. The total extent and reserve price of the land parcels are specified in the detailed bid documents. The auction is being conducted under the Zone Developer and Management Company framework to facilitate industrial and commercial development activities in the region. The scope encompasses multiple plots across Haripur Economic Zone, Burma Economic Zone, Mohmand Economic Zone, and Nowshehra Economic Zone, with individual plot sizes and reserve prices ranging from commercial land priced at Rs. 19 (0.81 Marlas) to plots exceeding 43 Kanals.
