Description / Scope of Work
Pak-Italian Burn Centre at Nishtar Medical University in Multan is inviting sealed tenders for the procurement of medical equipment, laboratory equipment, and general stock items for the financial year 2026-27. The tender will be processed through the E-PADS (e-Procurement Acquisition and Disposal System) platform. The procurement scope includes surgical disposable items, drugs and medicines, medical gases, pre-qualification and registration of LPD vendors for local purchase, general stocks, IT equipment, stationery and computer supplies, linen items, and printing materials. The estimated total value and specific quantities for each category are detailed in the tender schedule of requirements.
Eligible bidders must be original manufacturers, sole agents of foreign or local manufacturers, or authorized distributors in Pakistan with valid legally enforceable exclusive authorization from the manufacturer. Bidders should not be under any declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices. The country of manufacture should preferably be from USA, Europe, or Japan, unless otherwise specified. A bid security equivalent to 2 percent of the total estimated cost of quoted items must be submitted in the original form to the Purchase Branch at Pak-Italian Burn Centre before the tender submission deadline.
The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 3 June 2026 at 10:00 AM. Tender documents can be obtained from the PPRA website and the e-PADS portal. Interested bidders must register with PPRA for e-procurement on the E-Tabs Acquisition and Disposal System platform. Bids must be submitted through E-PADS on or before 18 June 2026 at 10:00 AM, and tender opening will occur on the same date at 10:30 AM.
