Central Ordnance Depot (Kirana) Sargodha invites sealed offers for the purchase and supply of General Store and Clothing (GS&C) items, HPLC Lab items, QC Lab items, Mechanical Transport (MT) tools, electrical equipment and general miscellaneous items for the first half of fiscal year 2026–27. The procurement is aimed at supporting operational requirements of the military ordnance facility located in Sargodha, Punjab. Detailed specifications and item lists are provided in Annex A of the tender documentation. All supplies must be delivered to Central Ordnance Depot Sargodha and comply with DGP (Army) approved standards, specifications and drawings.
Firms must be registered with Army installations, Ordnance Depots or units, or willing to obtain registration with Central Ordnance Depot (Kirana) Sargodha to participate. Bidders are required to submit comprehensive pre-qualification documentation including valid NTN and Sales Tax certificates, valid Professional Tax Certificate, security clearance from General Headquarters or Police Verification, copy of proprietor's CNIC with two photographs, bank statements for the preceding six months, and proof of Active Taxpayer List status.
