Description / Scope of Work
The Pak-Italian Burn Centre, Nishtar Medical University, Multan, invites sealed competitive bids for a framework contract for the procurement of general store items, maintenance and repair (M&R) goods, and central sterile supply department (CSSD) items for the financial year 2026-2027. The scope includes eleven categories of supplies: surgical disposable items, drugs and medicines, medical gases, pre-qualification and registration of LFVD vendors, pre-qualification and registration of LFVD medicines and surgical disposables, purchase of safety aids and CSSD items, purchase of IT equipment, purchase of stationery and computer stationery items, purchase of linen items, purchase of printing items, and purchase of general stock and medical and laboratory equipment items. The estimated value and tender timelines are specified in the tender notice, with opening dates ranging from June 15 to June 18, 2026.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and possess valid business registration certificates. Interested bidders are required to submit earnest money (bid security) equivalent to 2 percent of the estimated value of quoted items in the form of a CDR or bank guarantee, valid for one year from the date of issuance. The bid security must be in the name of the Executive Director, Pak-Italian Burn Centre, Nishtar Medical University, Multan, and must be refundable upon completion of the contract or as per procurement rules.
