Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) invites electronic bids for the supply of 50-KVA Distribution Transformers under tender reference 3096/MM/FESCO/2025-26. The procurement is for one thousand units of 50-KVA Distribution Transformers (Lot-i: 500 units and Lot-ii: 500 units) as per WAPDA/PPMC specification No. DDS-84:2020 with amendment No. 1. The transformers fall under Category M-1 and must meet all applicable drawings and specifications amended to date. This is a single stage, one envelope bidding process conducted through EPADS without involving foreign exchange elements, utilizing FESCO local funds.
Eligibility is restricted to WAPDA/PPMC/DISCOs approved manufacturers, suppliers, and contractors who are duly prequalified and registered in the required categories. Bidders must possess valid product approval and hold active registration with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, maintaining status as Active Taxpayers on the Federal Board of Revenue. Bid security must be submitted in the form of an original instrument before the online submission deadline, otherwise the respective bid will not be opened. Re-furbished, re-manufactured, or re-filled products are not acceptable.
Bidding documents containing detailed specifications, terms and conditions are available on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Interested eligible bidders must register themselves on the platform. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS on or before 16.06.2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled at 11:30 AM on the same day in the office of the Director (Material Management) at FESCO Old Thermal Plant Abdullahpur Faisalabad.
