Description / Scope of Work
Sindh Economic Zones Management Company (SEZMC) invites professional and eligible contractors and firms to participate in competitive bidding for renovation and maintenance works at SEZMC offices located in Karachi, Sindh. This is a forty-five day project commencing from June 2026, to be procured under the Sindh Public Procurement (SPP) Rules 2010 using a single stage-one envelope procedure. The scope covers comprehensive renovation and maintenance services for the SEZMC premises situated at 2nd Floor, Bahria Complex-IV, Choudhry Khaliq-Uz-Zaman Road, Gizri, Karachi. Project funding has been approved by the SEZMC board with allocation based on market rates, and funds will be available for contractual payments upon award.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) on the active taxpayers list, and hold valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and discipline for renovation works. All bidders must register with the E-PAK ACQUISITION AND DISPOSAL SYSTEM (EPADS) for online bid submission. A bid security of one percent (1%) in the form of a Pay Order is required and must be submitted at the SEZMC office on or before 1100 hours on 11th June, 2026.
Bidding documents containing all terms, conditions, specifications, bill of quantities, and contract forms can be downloaded free of cost from www.sezmc.gos.pk and https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/. Interested bidders must submit bids online through the EPADS portal by 1100 hours on 11th June, 2026. Tender documents become available from 25th May, 2026 at 1000 pm, with the last issuance date being 11th June, 2026 at 1000 am. Bid opening will take place on the same day at 1200 noon.
