Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Revenue Automation Pvt Limited invites sealed bids for the installation and construction of two earth pits at Custom House Karachi under tender reference P14/2026. This non-consultancy services procurement is planned for fiscal year 2025-26 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using a Single Stage-One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The project is located at the Custom House facility in Karachi, Sindh province, and involves civil works for environmental or operational infrastructure.
Eligibility is open to all bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 platform. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order or Bid Securing Declaration on the prescribed format as detailed in the bidding documents. Technical and financial evaluation will be conducted according to the criteria specified in the standard bidding document. Bidders must comply with all instructions to bidders and provide evidence of technical capability and financial stability.

Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at 03:00 PM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 03:30 PM. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted. Prospective vendors not yet registered on EPADS v2.0 may register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ using the provided registration tutorial.
