Pakistan State Oil Company Limited invites sealed e-bids through SAP Ariba from eligible contractors for engineering consultancy services for lightning arrestor installation at PSO Aviation Station located in Sukkur Airport, Sindh. This is a single-stage two-envelope bidding process under tender reference AM-19686-NZ. The project scope encompasses professional engineering consultancy services related to lightning protection systems at the aviation facility. Interested bidders must possess adequate past relevant experience in similar aviation or infrastructure projects and demonstrate strong financial capabilities to undertake the assignment.
Eligible contractors must be active taxpayers with valid NTN and GST/PST certificates. Bidders are required to submit scanned copies of their duly signed and stamped request letter on official letterhead along with copies of valid NTN, GST/PST certificates, and CNIC of the owner or authorized representative. All bids must be submitted electronically through the SAP Ariba portal. Vendors without an existing Ariba Network ID must register themselves on the SAP Ariba Portal or through the dedicated registration link to access and participate in this tender.
Tender documents are available exclusively through the SAP Ariba portal from 25 May 2026 to 10 June 2026 between 08:30 AM and 02:15 PM. Sealed e-bids must be submitted through SAP Ariba by 10 June 2026 at 02:15 PM. Bid opening will be conducted through SAP Ariba on 10 June 2026 from 03:00 PM onwards.
