Description / Scope of Work
Services Institute of Medical Sciences (SIMS), Lahore invites sealed bids for the annual maintenance and repair contract of four lifts installed in different locations within the institute for the financial year 2026-27. The scope of services includes routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, repair and replacement of parts, compliance with fire safety regulations, and electrical works for all four lifts. The contract encompasses daily maintenance routines, scheduled preventive maintenance requirements, and emergency repair services to ensure continuous and safe operation of all lift systems throughout the institute premises in Lahore, Punjab.
Eligible bidders must be registered contractors with relevant experience in lift maintenance and repair services. Bidders are required to submit bid security as specified in the bidding documents and must possess all applicable licenses and certifications required under Pakistani law. Only one bid per person or entity is permitted, and bidders must demonstrate technical and financial capability to execute the contract satisfactorily. All applicable wages, taxes, and statutory obligations must be included in the bid prices.
Bidding documents are available from the institute and must be obtained by interested parties before submission. Sealed bids must be submitted by the deadline of June 10, 2026, with bid opening to follow at the scheduled time.
