Description / Scope of Work
NUST School of Health Sciences, NUST Islamabad, invites sealed bids from authorized well-established suppliers, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and distributors for the procurement and supply of laboratory equipment for the Skill Lab facility. The tender reference is Procurement of Lab Equipment for Skill Lab NSHS NUST Islamabad 2025/26, with complete specifications and required quantities detailed in Annex-A of the tender document. Interested bidders must have active NTN and Sales Tax registration with current ATL status in FBR records and possess modern facilities for supply and delivery to the institution located in Islamabad, Federal Province.
Bidders must be authorized well-established suppliers, OEMs, or distributors with proven capacity and credentials. Eligible firms are required to submit an authorization letter from the Original Equipment Manufacturer as evidence of their relationship (partner, distributor, or reseller). Bid Security of 5% of the total quoted value, refundable earnest money, must be attached to submissions. Financial quotations should be submitted on company letterhead with rates broken down per item, including all applicable taxes and GST. Supporting documentation must include tax deposit records or audit reports for the last year, income and sales tax certificates, company profile, six-month bank statements with credit limits, previous relevant services provided in the last two years, quality certifications, and a non-blacklisting certificate on stamp paper.
Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS as single-stage one envelope submissions, with original earnest money and a non-refundable bidding documents processing fee of Rs 5,000 (in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft) submitted physically at technical bid opening. Quotations must remain valid for at least 180 days from tender opening date. All items must be quoted with one-year warranty, support, and upgrade coverage. The delivery period should not exceed 8 to 12 weeks, with relaxation granted on merit. A Performance Guarantee equivalent to 5% of the total contracted value shall be deducted from final payment and released upon successful warranty completion.
