Description / Scope of Work
Quaid-e-Azam Solar Power PVT. Ltd (QASPL), under the Energy Department of the Government of the Punjab, invites bids from qualified contractors for the design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and one year operation and maintenance of solar power systems at multiple buildings located within the Quaid-e-Azam Solar Park in Bahawalpur, Punjab. This comprehensive project encompasses the complete spectrum of solar system deployment from initial design phase through installation of photovoltaic equipment at various structures within the park, followed by rigorous testing and commissioning procedures to ensure optimal functionality and performance standards. The contractor will be responsible for delivering a fully operational solar installation along with twelve months of dedicated operation and maintenance services to guarantee system reliability and efficiency.
Eligible bidders must possess relevant experience in solar power system installation, design capabilities, and technical expertise in photovoltaic technologies. Contractors are required to meet all procurement regulations and provide evidence of financial stability, technical qualifications, and previous project experience. A bid security deposit will be required at the time of bid submission as per the tender conditions, and all bidders must comply with the General and Particular Conditions of Contract outlined in the tender documents including adherence to technical specifications and employer requirements detailed in Annex A.
The tender documents are available from the QASPL office located at 3rd Floor, 83A-E1, Gulberg III, Main Boulevard, Lahore. Interested contractors must submit both technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders section. The bid opening will be conducted as per the schedule specified in the tender advertisement.
