Description / Scope of Work
Board of Management Sundar Industrial Estate (BOMSIE) invites sealed bids for oil dehydration and supply of oil for pad mounted distribution transformers under contract reference BOMSIE/ELEC/2025-26/12. This procurement encompasses the complete service of dehydrating transformer oil and supplying high-quality oil to ensure optimal performance and longevity of pad mounted distribution transformers. The contract is valued at an amount to be determined through competitive bidding and covers procurement activities for the industrial estate located in Punjab province.
Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant trade bodies and possess valid business registration certificates. Bidders should have prior experience in transformer oil supply and dehydration services with demonstrated technical capability. All bids must remain valid for a minimum of ninety days from the bid submission date. A bid security as specified in the bid data sheet is mandatory for all participating bidders. The procurement will be conducted under the single-stage one-envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules 2014 (amended to date), and all quoted prices must be inclusive of applicable taxes and duties.
