Description / Scope of Work
The National Seed Development and Regulatory Authority (NSDRA), under the Ministry of National Food Security and Research of the Government of Pakistan, invites technical bids for the provision of internal office partitioning and other miscellaneous works at its office located at Mall of Islamabad, Jinnah Avenue, Block J F-7/1 Blue Area, Islamabad. This project encompasses the design and installation of internal partitioning systems, office fit-out, and related construction work required to create functional office spaces within the allocated premises. The scope of work includes all materials, labour, equipment, and services necessary to complete the partitioning and miscellaneous works to the satisfaction of NSDRA as per the detailed specifications and drawings provided in the bidding documents.
Bidders must meet the prescribed eligibility criteria and possess the necessary experience and technical qualifications for executing similar office partitioning and construction projects. All bidders are required to submit bid security as specified in the bidding documents. The technical bid must include detailed methodology, implementation schedule, resource plan, and evidence of technical competence and financial stability. Valid registration with relevant professional bodies and tax authorities is mandatory for all participating contractors.
