Punjab Seed Corporation, Farm Division Khanewal invites open competitive bids for hiring agricultural labour services for transplantation of paddy nursery on an area of 95 acres at Punjab Seed Corporation seed farms in Khanewal, Punjab. The estimated contract value is Rs. 9,50,000, and this procurement is being conducted under PPRA Rules 2014 using the Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure. The project scope includes complete transplantation services for paddy nursery cultivation, a critical agricultural operation in the seed production process at the Khanewal facility.
Eligibility requirements mandate that participating companies, firms, or sole proprietors must possess valid Registration Certificates for Income Tax (NTN) and PRA. Bidders are required to submit an undertaking on firm letterhead confirming they have never been blacklisted by Punjab Seed Corporation. The bid security amount is Rs. 47,500 (5% of estimated price), which must be submitted in the form of a bank guarantee, pay order, or CDR in favour of Punjab Seed Corporation. A performance security of equal amount is also required. All bids must be inclusive of applicable taxes including income tax, GST, and PRA/PST, and prices should be quoted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Bids must be submitted online through EPADS (eprocure.gov.pk) before June 11th, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Hand submission of bids is not permitted in accordance with PPRA e-procurement regulations. Original bid security documentation must be physically delivered to Punjab Seed Corporation Khanewal by the same deadline at 11:00 AM. Bid opening will occur on June 11th, 2026 at 11:30 AM online, with automatic notification to bidders via the EPADS portal. The bid validity period is 60 days from the submission deadline.
