Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Educational Endowment Fund (PEEF), located at 33-Civic Center, Sabzazar, Lahore, invites sealed bids from registered vendors for the supply of stationery items for the financial year 2026-27. This tender is for procurement of stationery items with an estimated cost of Rs. 2,000,000. The scope includes supply of various stationery items required for PEEF operations in Lahore, Punjab. Bidders must be registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities. All rates quoted must be inclusive of applicable taxes and all charges, and shall remain valid until 30 October 2026.
Eligible bidders must submit bids as per single stage single envelope bidding procedures. A bid security of Rs. 60,000 (equivalent to 3% of the estimated price) is required in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft, or pay order, which must accompany the technical bid. The bid validity period is 30 days after the opening of bids. Bidders are required to be properly registered and compliant with tax registration requirements before submission.
Bids must be delivered to PEEF office at 33-Civic Center, Sabzazar Scheme, Lahore on or before 10 June 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives. Further information is available from PEEF during office hours until 2 June 2026.
