Supply of Stationery, Computer Equipment and Furniture by Ministry of National Health Services

The Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination, Islamabad invites sealed tenders from well-reputed firms and vendors registered with the sales tax department and holding valid National Tax Number (NTN) and AGPR vendor numbers based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi for the supply of stationery items, miscellaneous office supplies, computer stationery and toners, purchase of furniture and fixtures, information technology equipment, and computer hardware items for the financial year 2026-27. The tender encompasses a broad range of consumables and capital items required for government health administration operations. All rates quoted must be inclusive of tax as per Government Taxation Policy, with quotes to be submitted through the mandatory E-PADS electronic system maintained by PPRA.

Eligible vendors must be registered with the sales tax department and possess current NTN and AGPR vendor numbers in the Islamabad/Rawalpindi region. Sealed tender bids must be submitted through the E-PADS system in accordance with PPRA S.R.O No.296 (1)/2023 dated 08-03-2023.
