Rawalpindi Cantonment Board invites sealed bids for the award of contracts to operate and maintain latrine and wash room facilities within the cantonment limits for the period from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. The scope includes three separate groups: Executive Wash Rooms located at Pethru Bar Parking near Bank Road Metro Station, Executive Wash Rooms at Sadr Road Hayat Maker area, and Group Latrines near Ghara Plaza. The total estimated value of the contract exceeds Rs. 10,000,000. The tender is issued under the authority of the Cantonment Board and published in accordance with Government of Pakistan procurement regulations. Bidders must submit rates of Rs. 50 per user for Executive Wash Rooms and Rs. 20 per user for Group Latrines, with monthly collection on a quota basis. Interested contractors must be registered with the Cantonment Board and are required to furnish a bid security equivalent to one-quarter of the total bid amount. Successful bidders must execute a registered deed with the Board at their own expense and provide post-dated cheques for monthly installments payable on the 5th of each month. Late payments incur penalties of Rs. 500 per day after the 10th of the month, and cheque bounces result in automatic contract cancellation and forfeiture of security. The bidding process includes preliminary bids on 9 June 2026 at 11 AM and final bids on 23 June 2026 at the same time and place. The tender documents are available at the Cantonment Board office in Rawalpindi during office hours. All bids must comply with government directives regarding health and sanitation standards.
