For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a one-time bulk vehicle auction offering 33 mixed-use vehicles in varying condition and age. The 33-vehicle lot spans motorcycles to buses with model years spanning 15 years, suggesting salvage or surplus government disposal rather than functioning fleet stock. Tight timeline requires inspection completion by 31 July and bid submission same day. Bidders should note the 25% withholding tax requirement and 7-day removal deadline—logistics coordination essential. Geographic concentration at a single Rawalpindi location simplifies physical inspection but may favour local buyers.
Who can bid: The notice does not explicitly state bidder eligibility criteria. Typically for government vehicle auctions in Pakistan, bidders must hold valid NTN registration, possess CNIC, and maintain current tax registration with FBR. Individual buyers, registered dealers, and corporate entities generally qualify provided they are not departmental employees (explicitly prohibited here).
