Description / Scope of Work
Services Hospital, Lahore invites sealed bids for one time repair of the HVAC system with replacement of all defective parts and annual maintenance, repair and operation contract of the HVAC system installed in the New O.P.D Block of Services Hospital, Lahore for the financial year 2026-27. The scope of work encompasses comprehensive repair services, replacement of all faulty components, routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, and emergency repair services for the heating, ventilation and air conditioning system serving the Out Patient Department facility. This is a critical infrastructure contract ensuring continuous operation of climate control systems essential for patient care and comfort in the hospital's new outpatient department block located in Lahore, Punjab.
Eligible bidders must be registered contractors with relevant experience in HVAC system maintenance and repair. Bidders are required to demonstrate technical qualification, including certified personnel for HVAC operations and maintenance. A bid security is mandatory as per the tender requirements. All bidders must comply with minimum wage rates and applicable taxes as per Pakistani regulations. Documentation establishing the bidder's eligibility, experience certificates, and technical qualifications must accompany the bid submission.
