Description / Scope of Work
The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites proposals through the EPADS System of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) from eligible bidders for the supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of refrigeration imported package (Package No. 28, Lot-A) on DAP basis for the establishment of a Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI)-II in Islamabad, Punjab. The procurement is valued at approximately 10.6 million PKR with a bid security of 212,000 PKR and a bid validity period of 160 days. This is a significant infrastructure development project aimed at enhancing healthcare facilities in the region.
All interested bidders are required to register on EPADS to be eligible for participation in this tender. The bid documents are available for download from the PPRA website at ppra.org.pk and the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority portal at https://ppras.ppra.gov.pk. Bidding will be conducted using the Open Competitive Bidding method, and the response time shall be calculated exclusively from the date of publication of the advertisement on the PPRA website.
Technical and Financial Proposals prepared in accordance with the RFP document instructions must be submitted on EPADS on or before 11th June 2026, no later than 02:30 PM. Technical Proposals will be opened on the same day at EPADS at 03:00 PM. Any proposals received through modes other than EPADS will not be considered. If the last date of submission is declared a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for proposal submission and opening.
