Description / Scope of Work
Municipal Committee Shujabad invites electronic bids from registered firms and companies engaged in trading for infrastructure-related procurement. The bidding process follows a single stage single envelope procedure administered through the Punjab Electronic Procurement and Auction System (E-PADS). Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities including PEC license holders, Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax departments. The location of work is Shujabad in Punjab province. E-bids are to be submitted online via the E-PADS portal at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk with a submission deadline of 9 June 2026 at 01:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for the same date at 02:00 PM.
All e-bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order in the name of MO(Infrastructure) Municipal Committee Shujabad, calculated based on the estimated contract price as detailed in the bidding documents. Original bid security instruments must be physically submitted in an envelope clearly marked with the bidding document number and title, before the e-bid submission deadline at the Procurement Office located at Town Hall Office MC Shujabad. Late bids shall be rejected without consideration.
Bidding documents are available immediately following publication and can be downloaded from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders are strongly advised to upload their bids well before the submission deadline rather than waiting until the last moment, as bid submission via E-PADS Portal remains entirely the responsibility of the bidder. Municipal Committee Shujabad shall not be held responsible for any technical issues or delays in submission. For technical assistance regarding the E-PADS Portal, bidders should contact the system support team. In case of an official holiday on the submission date, the following day shall be treated as the closing date.
