The Town Municipal Corporation Saddar Karachi invites sealed cover tenders for rehabilitation and maintenance of trenches, patches, and street paving block flooring works in multiple locations across Karachi. The tender encompasses sixteen separate projects with an aggregate estimated cost of approximately 469 million rupees, including restoration of street surfaces near Nixer College, Zuhid Nihari area, Global Trading Agency, Kanji Tulsi Das street, Chotha Gate Masjid, Sobhraj Hospital, Christ Church Mission road, Assumai Ojha road, Camble road, Katchi Memon Masjid street, Garden Police Station internal roads, Storm Water Drain cleaning at Railway Colony, sewerage line cleaning operations, Civil Lines Police Quarters, and asphalt carpeting near KMC Head Office, all within the Karachi municipal area in Sindh Province.
Tenders are invited from all eligible contractors and firms meeting the requirements under SPPRA Rules 2010 as amended. Interested bidders must submit bids using the single stage one envelope method with bid security at five percent of the estimated amount. Tender documents are available for download from the SPPRA Sindh E-Procurement portal. Bids must be submitted online through the same portal with a submission deadline of 15 June 2026 at 02:00 PM.
Bid documents are available for download from 29 May 2026 onwards on the SPPRA Sindh e-procurement website at spprasindh.gov.pk. Submission of tenders shall be made electronically up to 15 June 2026 at 02:00 PM, with opening scheduled for the same date at 02:30 PM in the office of the Executive Engineer B&R, TMC Saddar. In case of non-response on the specified date, the next submission date will be 02 July 2026 at 02:00 PM with opening on the same date at 02:30 PM.
