Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Land Port Authority (PLPA) under the Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed electronic bids from eligible and registered software development firms for the Nerve Center and Cloud Services project. This tender, referenced as PLPA-05/2026/IT-3, seeks to engage a qualified software firm to develop the PLPA Nerve Center and implement comprehensive cloud services infrastructure. Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and must be listed as Active Taxpayers by the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). The procurement is conducted through a Single Stage One Envelope e-bidding procedure in accordance with applicable procurement regulations, with all bidding documents available on the EPADS portal at https://eprocure.gov.pk for registered bidders in Islamabad, Punjab.
Eligible bidders must possess valid income tax and sales tax registration, maintain active taxpayer status, and comply with all FBR requirements. Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS platform and manual bids will not be accepted under any circumstances. The electronic bidding system ensures transparency and fair competition among all participating firms, with strict adherence to regulatory procurement frameworks including the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) guidelines.
Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS on or before 09 June 2026 at 12:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 12:30 PM.
