Description / Scope of Work
The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), Islamabad invites electronic bids from authorized distributors, suppliers and service providers for the installation of a Smart Solar Power System comprising 50 kW Ongrid Solar Power System with 65 kW PV capacity and 8 kW UPS. The scope includes complete system design and installation with after-sales service facility at the site location. Bidding firms must be duly registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for solar power system design and installation, and included in the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue and duly registered on EPADS. The first ranked bidder shall be responsible for ensuring comprehensive after-sales service facility for the delivered and installed system at the site location.
Eligible bidders must be authorized distributors or suppliers operating in the solar power field with valid PEC registration and ATL status. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as specified in the bid-data sheet, submitted in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft. Hard copies of bidding documents must be delivered along with the original bid security to the Director (Procurement) at NDMA Headquarters, Islamabad on or before the closing deadline.
Interested bidders shall register and submit bids online at https://eprocure.gov.pk in accordance with the prescribed bidding documents and instructions. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before 1100 hours on 10 June 2026 (Wednesday). Bid opening will occur at 1130 hours on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives at NDMA Headquarters, Islamabad.
