Description / Scope of Work
The Estate Office Management invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the upgradation of Federal Officers Colony at Karachi, covering remaining and additional civil works. This is a national procurement of works executed under the Public Procurement Rules 2004, with funds reserved for the financial year 2025-26. The project is situated in Karachi, Sindh province, and encompasses infrastructure upgradation works at the federal residential colony. Bidding will be conducted through a Single Stage-One Envelope process using the Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with applicable procurement guidelines and regulations issued by the relevant authority.
Bidders must be eligible and registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) to participate. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order, banker's cheque, or call deposit as specified in the bidding documents, or alternatively by a bid securing declaration in the prescribed format. Bidders should ensure they meet all eligibility requirements and possess requisite experience and licenses for civil works execution before submitting their proposals.
The complete e-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, technical specifications and requirements are available on EPADS v2.0 at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Bidders must submit their e-bids through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, June 8, 2026 at 02:30 PM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 03:00 PM. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted.
