Description / Scope of Work
The District Disaster Management Authority, District Administration, Rajanpur invites applications for pre-qualification of firms, companies, contractors, vendors and general order suppliers registered on E-PADs under the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority for the supply of standardized relief goods and equipment during the Flood and Monsoon Season for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement covers ten categories of essential relief items including food hampers with ration bags containing ghee and flour, drinking water, flour and atta, rice, cooked food provisions, local transportation, catering services for camp establishment, tents and rassa materials, miscellaneous items such as mosquito nets, life jackets and plastic mats, animal fodder, vehicles for relief goods transportation and catering services. All specifications and detailed requirements for the relief goods and equipment are provided in the prequalification documents available on the websites of PPRA and E-PADs.
Eligible applicants must be registered firms or companies on E-PADs with relevant experience in the supply trade and a sound financial position. Applicants are required to submit an affidavit confirming they are not involved in any litigation with government departments and have not been blacklisted. Companies, firms and general order suppliers must not be government servants. All applicable government taxes shall be deducted as per prevailing rules. The District Disaster Management Authority reserves the right to reject any late, incomplete or non-conforming applications and will communicate grounds for rejection to bidders as required.
Interested eligible firms and contractors should obtain the complete prequalification document from the websites of PPRA at eproc.punjab.gov.pk and submit applications through E-Pads by 08-06-2026 up to 01:00 PM as per amended PPRA Rules 2014. Applications for prequalification will be opened on the same day at 02:00 PM. Written queries relating to the prequalification document received from prospective applicants up to one day before the closing date will be responded to on the PPRA website. The response time shall be calculated exclusively from the publication date of this advertisement.
