Maintenance and Repair Services for Multiple Government Buildings by Punjab Building Department

Punjab Building Department invites tenders from Engineering Firms and Contractors for maintenance and repair services across multiple government buildings and facilities in Punjab province. The tender encompasses fifty-six distinct projects including maintenance and repair works at various civil courts, judicial complexes, staff quarters, residential buildings, district jails, and administrative offices located throughout Punjab. The estimated total cost of all projects ranges from approximately 83,500 to 599,000 Pakistani Rupees per individual contract, with an aggregate contract value across all schemes exceeding several million rupees. Projects are distributed across multiple locations including Bhakkar district and various judicial complexes, representing diverse construction and maintenance requirements from civil works to specialized installations such as porcelain tiles, tempered glass systems, and kitchen cabinetry.

Eligibility criteria require that participating contractors and engineering firms maintain valid registration with the Pakistani Engineering Council in relevant category codes. All firms must have paid registration with PPRA and be listed on the official Punjab PPRA website at www.punjab.edbocure.gov.pk. Bid security equivalent to five percent of the estimated contract value must be submitted as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of the Executive Engineer Building Division Bhakkar. The CDR must accompany the tender submission and must be received by half an hour before the bid opening time, otherwise the firm will be declared non-responsive.

Bid documents are available on the Punjab PPRA website, and contractors may download tender documents electronically. Sealed bids must be submitted to the Tender Opening Committee office of the Commissioner Sargodha on 10.08.2026 by 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled immediately thereafter in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee. All tender submissions must include complete tender documents as per PPRA E-Tendering System requirements. The time limit for completion of each project is specified as one month from the date of work commencement.
